A long-acting depot injection (once-a-month) became available in April 2011 in the UK.
Olanzapine is available as tablets, melt-in-the-mouth tablets, a short-acting injection and now as a depot (or long-acting) injection (called Zypadhera®).
Agomelatine is commonly known by the brand name Valdoxan® in the UK and was first made available in 2009.
