We have partnered with choice and Medication to provide our service users with a large selection of information leaflets.
The leaflets are available to download and print in various formats;
- Patient information leaflets set out on 2 pages with medication information and FAQs
- Basic information leaflets that are brief with all information on one page
- Easy-read leaflets for patients with learning disabilities or significant reading impairment
- Simplified leaflets with pictures suitable for adolescents and
- Leaflets translated into different languages
The website also contains information in ‘handy charts’ that compare the benefits and risks of different medications used to treat different conditions.
